About this apartment rental
A premiere slopeside 4 bedroom and 2 bath large condo just a short walk to the lifts at Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge. Perfect for a large family or plenty of friends looking for a spacious floorplan close to Canyon Lodge! It features a completely remodeled full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large dining room table, card table in the living room, vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace and large deck with private BBQ. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen and private bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed, TV, ample closet space and access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs has two sets of bunk beds each with two twins (for a total of 4 twin beds) and private washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom also downstairs has a euro style bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top as well as a twin foldaway bed. The Mammoth West complex has an outdoor pool (summer only), a large Jacuzzi and sauna - great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The home has 2 levels inside, is non-smoking and is not pet friendly. This unit has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of 10 (TEN) PEOPLE and comes with two outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. We loved our stay and the home was exactly what we needed during our long weekend stay. The home is super comfortable and the views are lovely. Only feedback is that the walls seem a bit thin. We had loud neighbors and we could hear them partying till fairly late! Regardless, we look forward to returning sometime soon!

MW 140 could have been awesome. The location is great. The view is spectacular. The space is arranged practically and appointed nicely and accommodates large groups well (we were three families). However, it was downright dirty. The obvious: Urine sprayed all over both toilets. Hair everywhere. Dishes were unclean (because the dishwasher was broken). If that wasn't enough, there was feces on the comforter in one of the rooms!!!! The not so obvious: If you move the beds or remove the cushions in the couch, you'll find all kinds of goodies from the paleolithic era. There was even a bra behind the dresser (it'll probably stay there indefinitely so check and let me know). The kitchen, although updated recently, still has the original pots, pans and cutlery from the 70s. The pantry and fridge were FULL of stuff. Some might think this is good (free condiments, right?) but it was quite annoying. We were even greeted by a massive pile of dirty towels placed right in front of our door. It was picked up the next day after we complained about all of the above and had the maintenance people come by again.
