Welcome to your Mammoth mountain retreat! This spacious 2,000 sq. foot top-floor corner condo offers abundant natural light, mountain views, and plenty of room for families or large groups. Less than a ½-mile walk to Canyon Lodge, it features a warm fireplace, covered parking and hot tub and pool access. Traveling with kids? They'll love the loft with a large TV and a collection of board games.
Our condo is thoughtfully stocked with the comforts of home so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
Living Room: Spacious gathering area with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, cozy fireplace, 75" Smart TV, Sonos sound system, and comfortable seating. Plenty of puzzles and boardgames.
Dining: Dining table seats 8, plus seating for 3 at the kitchen island.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
Primary Suite: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, adjacent bathroom
Loft: Two full-over-full bunk beds, one twin bunk bed, large TV, and shared full bathroom
Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and pantry basics including spices, oils, vinegar, sugar, and common condiments.
Parking available for 3 cars: 1 assigned space + 2nd guest spot (unassigned) both in covered garage and a 3rd car can be parked in the complex Overflow Lot located a quick walk down the road.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
Comforts: High-quality linens, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, humidifiers, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Building: Second-floor corner unit in a quiet 10-unit building. Please note there is no elevator.

We enjoyed our stay in this updated and clean Condo. It had everything we needed and was extremely well stocked. We used this as a base to visit Yosemite and then enjoyed our family reunion hanging out in the evenings. I would highly recommend this lovely Condo. The communication was excellent.

This was home base to explore Mammoth and the area for our group of 3 families with kids aged 8-15yo. The property was great for us: clean house, well-equipped kitchen, enough beds for 12 of us, convenient location with access to pool and spa. Stephen was the perfect host who was very detailed and responsive. We’d stay again if we visit Mammoth in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
