This beautiful condo is on the beach and is a direct ocean front unit stretching across the whole beach front of the building. It is the largest 2-bedroom condo with 1600 sq. ft. of space and the ONLY condo with both bedrooms and living room facing the ocean. The condo has 2 ensuite private bathrooms plus a half bath. The condo is in a very high demand Sunny Isles Beach, Florida's Riviera. Beautiful ocean front living room with a 86"HD TV and wireless Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker and complete dining housewares as well as cooking utensils. Linens and towels are provided, and the apartment has its own washer and dryer.

We had an amazing stay in this condo last week. The views are amazing and this location is close to so many shops and restaurants. We loved walking to coffee shops each morning. No need for a car, we just ubered to the mall or any resteraunt that was too far to walk too. The main downside was we got a lot of rain during our week. We will totally come back as the location and views are totally worth it. Al is by far the best host and so helpful and always available and we have been renting properties for 17 years now. His condo has literally everything you could need and we so appreciated all the little things. My kids love cozy blankets to curl up on the couch and watch movies at night and he had plenty. My kids are still talking about his soft bathroom towels, and so many of them! Thank you for all the little details that you put into this condo. You even have the basics to get started with laundry and cleaning, again not something that you get in most rentals, thank you! The building itself is starting to show its age along with the pool area and in our opinion is need of a refresh. However you cannot beat this location and beach access, views are worth it!

This place is phenomenal!! It is fully stocked for the beach. A wonderful view! The owner checked on us periodically via text. He was extremely helpful and nice. It is walking distance to great food, liquor, grocery store and pier. Do not pass this place up. You won't be disappointed

We stayed as a family with twin daughters and a nanny. The condo is simply the best, we had so much space and the tree bathrooms were a plus. The condo was extremely clean and modern. The view of the ocean from the private balcony is without doubt the best on the entire beach, the balcony is very large and spans the entire span of the building without any obstructions, morning coffee was a pleasure.The kitchen had everything you might need and everything looked new, the toaster, mixer, appliances, pots etc. The beds were so comfortable, and you can see the sun rise and the ocean right from the bed.The location of the condo is directly on the beach, so going between pool/beach and the condo was a breeze, especially important when traveling with little kids, just an elevator down and you are there. The beach itself is very family friendly, no crime and nudity like South beach, and very clean as it is cleaned daily by the city.The location of the building is centrally located in the upscale Sunny Isle beach with so many different restaurants in walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed diners out without worrying about being too far away from our daughters.Al was excellent host and answered our questions within minutes.I already to recommend it to my friend, and I can't wait to come back as this condo was a great value for the location and condition it offered.

Pros:view from unit and balcony are incredible. Huge TV is great. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Beach is nice/convenient. Valet parking (40/day) was great. Host super responsive, check in and out seamless. Cons: We did not care for Sunny Isles-no beachfront boardwalk or bike path. We enjoy walking and biking, option here is the sidewalk on busy Collins Ave unlike Miami Beach south of here. There are a number of tall residential beachfront buildings so the sun is blocked on the beach starting at 3. Unit is in dated Doubletree hotel.You get the amenities--great but tired and not well maintained. HVAC issue during our 1 week stay resulted in 2.5 days no hot water, all 3 passenger elevators out of service (1 service elevator operating for all guests and workers—unit is on 21st floor) and an evening with no AC. Host was responsive and empathetic but the building issues are out of his control, nothing he could do. Hotel guests received 50% off their room rate during this time, we inquired but did not receive anything. We were offered 300 contingent on a 5 star review but declined. Bedding and towels are old and need to be replaced (we bought bath towels during our stay). The unit is not stocked with paper products (this is in the listing so just be aware, there was enough for a couple of days, we were there for a week).

The condo is spectacular, best VRBO I have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated and comfortable at the same time. The pictures do not do the condo justice, it is far better and brighter. Totally updated, very modern, new furniture, appliances, even the 85 Inch TV. I liked the induction stove especially as it made cooking a breeze. The refrigerator makes ice also. The ocean view is from every room. You wake up to sun rise if you chose or close the black out silk curtain if you like to sleep in. The bed mattresses are double pillow top, so it is like sleeping on a cloud.The views are magnificent, and the extra-large balcony is very private, no other other buildings, just ocean views.The lobby is also super nice, again very modern being Miami.The pool area has a bar offering Luch items and drinks, there is also a Starbucks.The staff including the valet are very nice and even help with luggage.I am checking my schedule as I type this, as I am definitely coming back soon

GREAT location...right on the beach, views of the ocean from every room in the condo, upscale neighborhood, very walkable. Comfortable lounging and sleeping. Useful amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven/cooktop. Clean. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were a nice bonus.The condo is nice, but not recently remodeled. It is part of the DoubleTree by Hilton which is quite dated. You share the same elevators as the hotel guests and only 1-2 of 3 were working during a very busy holiday season. We stayed for a week, so needed to buy many supplies that hopefully others after us can use. There was one dishwasher pod, no laundry detergent, only the toilet paper and paper towel on the holders, garbage bag in the garbage, etc.We enjoyed our stay, but I would not say this property is consistent with other 5 star properties we have stayed in the past.

The condo was stunning! And large and spacious. The beach was never crowded and we always got prime seating at both the beach and pool. The bartenders at the pool bar were so friendly and helpful. Al provided beach toys, a small cooler - really everything you could need. The only two downfalls for people with young children- we had a difficult time finding resort “kid friendly options” and the iguanas by the pool are aggressive from people feeding them. As long as you go in knowing those two things in advance- perfection!

Al was very proactive in providing all information needed for checking into the condo and ensuring my family had a great time. The location here was great, as the condo was located right off the elevator. Also, the walk to the pool and beach was VERY short from the elevator. I stress this as we had our 2 year old daughter and my grandmother in law that has mobility issues. The short walking distance was perfect for both.

Check in was a breeze. It's so much easier to go directly through an owner vs the tedious process of a front desk. The condo is exacty as pictured and the view is perfect. Al was (like you will see from other reviews) truely the best most attentive host. You can feel confident renting from him. While the hotel itself may not have the best reviews, his condo is top notch. A nice bonus is all of the little ammenities not mentioned. He has 6 nice Tommy Bahama Beach chairs to use which will save you a lot of money from renting. If you rent chairs and an umbrella it will cost you around 43 bucks a day. He also had two umbrella's, but we didn't use those. The AC is a little lacking in the second bedroom, but we learned if you keep that door open it helps. Overall the AC was COLD even on 72 during the 90 degree days. The elevator wait time really wasn't that bad considering we were there 4th of July week. Sometimes you had to wait a bit but others you get right on. The place was very clean and the floors were emaculate. It's nice to be in a place with no carpet just throw rugs they change out and clean as well as TONS of towels. A great steakhouse near by is Cut 38 $$$$ but very very good. I would not recommend the other steakhouse called Porterhouse. It smells like smoke inside and the steak was not good. Enjoy your stay, you will not get much better from a VRBO.

The condo was wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The view was the best- front and center there’s the ocean!! Al was very helpful and a great host. This was my 1st time booking on Vrbo, so I was a little skeptical, but everything was fine and true to pictures. Enjoy!!

My husband and two girls (16 and 20) spent the week here, and we could not have been happier. The location is simply perfect- close enough to Miami to easily drive there for dinner, but far enough to feel calm and peaceful. We stayed here the first week of June, and the beach was never very crowded. The weather was perfect and the water was warm! The condo was absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, and so luxurious. The views were out of this world! And we could not have been more impressed with Al. His communication, accessibility and hospitality made us feel so comfortable and at home during our stay. I highly recommend reserving this place of paradise- you will not regret it!

We spent 8 nights in the condo before our cruise on the Icon of the Seas. We have no complaints everything was excellent and on a professional level. Perfect communication from the moment of booking, check in, to check out. Beautiful ocean views. There is a nice playground nearby. The host is very friendly and always fulfilled all our requests.

My husband and I are a retired couple who spent a week in this beautifully appointed condo with a truly endless ocean view! We had two bad weather days during our stay, but were grateful to spend one of them watching movies on the wall-sized tv screen, and the other at the close by Adventura Mall, one of the largest indoor shopping venues in Florida. We were also able to walk to several excellent restaurants in the vicinity. This very spacious condo is located in the Oceanpiint Hilton Doubletree with easy access to a heated pool and hot tub as well as the inviting Atlantic Ocean beachfront.A big plus for us was the washer/dryer unit in the condo. Al, our host, was communicative and responsive throughout the week. If you are able to treat yourself to a special experience, this one is for you!

My family of 4 visited over the Christmas holiday. The owner was extremely flexible with our dates and responded so quickly to any questions I had before the trip. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo itself was immaculate- we had a rainy day and stayed in watching TV and relaxing in the large living area. The view is perfect for a gorgeous sunrise and we were provided everything needed for the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We returned to Al’s place in Sunny Isles and loved it as much as always! Our stay was perfect in every way. Al is a gracious host and has everything set up just right. The condo has the perfect layout with two bedrooms, stocked kitchen, and luxurious living room area. The main attraction is of course the balcony with stunning view over the beach and ocean. The location is a major draw as well, with very nice beaches but also nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And of course Miami, the Everglades, and Key West are great for day trips, which we enjoyed during this stay. We will be back again next year and would 100% return to Al’s place!

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. Our last visit to Miami was pre pandemic and we enjoyed this property location much better in Sunny Isles. The place had amazing views from both bedrooms and of course the living room. Very peaceful. Access to the beach was very easy and convenient which was especially important for my Mother. Property staff and valets were very nice and courteous. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a lot of available linens if needed and it was great to have the washer dryer in the condo. Al was always readily available if needed but thankfully we didn't have to bother him other than first and last days as everything was in place for us. We would love to stay at this property in Sunny Isles again! Jackie

My family just spent a week in this property and felt like being home. The locations is convenient when staying with kids because can take elevator down and be already by the pool, or beach and as kids ready for nap just go upstairs and rest. I am saying this from my experience - we stayed with the 1 year old infant who still takes 2 naps a day, and felt very comfortable there. The condo is very nice with beautiful views, well maintained and with everything you need. The location is great with walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, playground and in first line of the beach. Al is a great host, very responsive and good communicator. The property is a great place to stay! The unit was well maintained and updated! The unit has everything that you need to make you feel at home!
