I booked this for my birthday and I’ve had the worst time. NEVER AGAIN!
Our stay has been horrible so far. We pay resort fees to not have any access to hotel amenities besides beach/pool/gym and it’s in the 60’s and we could care less about the gym. We figured if we’re paying an extra $125/day on top of a $2,000 that would be included but I guess your one inconspicuous picture detailing THAT HUGE FACT in between 400 pictures is how you get away with this. The internet is a nightmare and doesn’t work anywhere no mattter how we try to connect. The rooms don’t even have comforters. We found some in the closet but no duvet covers so that’s been fun. No trash bags. Main bedroom king bed is on top of two separate box springs it seems making it uncomfortable especially towards middle. Tape all outside one of the main windows obstructing the view and just ugly and ghetto. Cleaning is horrible in private units. Everything looks dirty and we are grossed out honestly. No room service. No staff from the resort allowed in the private rooms so if something is wrong figure it out on your own because the owner says call reception and reception tells us to call the owner. Elevators take a hundred years to arrive. If you order food be prepared to take the painfully slow elevators to pick up your food from the lobby every single time because deliveries aren’t allowed in the private rooms either.
