We stayed here for two full weeks and overall enjoyed our time. The unit (it’s actually two conjoined units) are inside a resort hotel and are spacious and comfortable. The views from the main unit is right over the ocean and is absolutely breathtaking!There were a lot of things that were good here:- easy beach access- a lot of space - enough for the 6 of us - comfortable beds and good bathrooms- huge balconies with amazing views- good AC and great soundproof windows- Ritta is a good communicator and all of our ongoing issues were addressed quickly and super efficiently - thank you!But there were some big and small issues- the biggest issue is noise from a long term construction next door. It starts at 7am and goes until 5 on weekdays. It makes it impossible to be on the balcony of the smaller unit or to keep the windows open without very loud construction noise filling the apartment. Unfortunately this isn’t clearly disclosed nor transparently communicated in advance but if you read reviews of other properties in the resort, you can see how big of an issue this can be. We dealt with it by keeping the windows closed and trying to be on the beach during the day. Thankfully, the windows are amazing and do keep out about 98% of the noise. - though the kitchen is listed as fully stocked, it is missing items that are key for cooking. We ended up buying several things to make it possible to cook multiple meals a day. The dishwasher is also not working properly.

Paid for the property without having been able to speak to the property manager. The pictures were not like advertised. Apartment was older and not so clean. Kitchen was not stocked properly. No sun at the beach after 1:30. I was busy moving chairs and towels down the beach so I could sit in the sun. Staff was very friendly though. Pool was awful and in need of upkeep and never in the sun. Beach staff very nice.
