About this apartment rental

Welcome to my beachfront home at Trump Palace in Sunny Isles Beach. Soaring double-height ceilings and an expansive private terrace give this condo the spacious, open feel of a beach house, with the amenities of a resort building close at hand.

Start your morning with coffee outside, then step from the terrace toward the shared pools, tennis courts and beach without taking an elevator. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy life by the water while keeping a private retreat to come home to.

Inside, the living and dining spaces invite you to unwind and settle into an extended coastal stay. Shared building amenities include a gym, hot tub and sauna. If a particular service matters to you, message me and I’ll help confirm current access, hours and any building charges.

I welcome future stays of at least six calendar months. Send me your preferred arrival and departure dates, and I’ll confirm availability.
