The main level of this home boasts a light and bright living and dining area with vaulted ceilings overlooking Swan Pond! The first floor will have a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, half bathroom located off the living room and another bedroom equipped with a pyramid bunk bed. The lower level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, full bathroom with stand up shower and a second living area with sliders leading out onto the lower patio with breathtaking views.
Amenities include mini split air conditioning in each bedroom and both living areas, enclosed outside shower, WiFi, gas grill, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

We rented this house 6yrs ago so we were excited to return!! Plenty of room for my growing family. Love new outdoor shower & changes to boat dock area. Favorite spot is the deck, overlooking the pond with amazing sunsets. Weather was not the best this year, but plenty of activities indoor & out on the Cape ..lots of fun family time!! Cannot wait to return next summer 😊

We loved our stay at this cottage. Having access to the pond was such a big hit with the whole family. Plenty of room for the adults to enjoy time on the deck and the kids played in the living room. The only issue was the parking. If the middle garden of the driveway was gone it would be easier to maneuver the cars. Other than that we loved our stay.
