The location of the house, the pool and the size of the yard (front and back yard) are great. The house was clean and very much as advertised. Stephen is helpful and responsive. The furniture and kitchen equipment are not top end and definitely could use some love, but the positive qualities of location, pool and outdoor space more than outweighed that for our group.

The house is the perfect location for a large family to gather! Easy access to bay and ocean sides, lots of room, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool is great - nice and warm. Communication was excellent with Steve. Yard is beautiful and very quiet. Fishing right around the corner that the kids LOVED.

Great spacious house with fabulous pool. Great location with plenty to do, but we mostly enjoyed the pool and large lawn. Steven (the host) was helpful with suggestions of things to do and communications about the property. He was available to answer any questions, and always gracious and friendly.

This property is perfect for a relaxing family vacation! It is very large house with six large bedrooms, very clean and with all the amenities needed. The highlight for us was the heated pool - the kids absolutely loved it.Steve Is a wonderful host, really responsive and attentive to make sure we had a great stay.The neighborhood and location is great - close to most things on the Cape
