This four bedroom home is on one of the most sought after streets in Dennisport! Only a short 500 foot walk to a private association beach. Large rear yard perfect for lawn games. The front entry porch with sofa, table and chairs is a great spot to relax or play cards and board games. If you are not a beach person you can still soak up the rays from the second floor balcony sitting area or just unwind after a day at the beach. Swan river fish market and restaurant is right down the street and is a perfect spot for casual dining along the river and overlooking scenic Nantucket sound. This location is perfect for families. 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs offer privacy and the master bedroom down stairs is great. The yard is beautifully maintained and shaded for relaxing outside. The upper deck is fantastic for star gazing after long days at the beach. Martha Murray is so attentive we are always comfortable knowing they are ready to assist with anything if needed. The short walk to the beach is priceless! We have been coming for years and the family looks forward to it every year.

Third time to this very comfortable house for our family (3 generations) we enjoy the house and the ease of getting to a big quiet beach. Luck was on our side this year with 7 straight days with sunshine, nice breeze and warm water. If the association that ran the beach were to have it cleaned of the massive amount of seaweed that is there by August it would be a perfect 10.
