We had a wonderful time in the Cape! Tje house was spacious and really clean. Needs were comfortable. Just wish there was ac in tje living area. We had a particularly hot week. We didn't use the bank yard much since it's not very private

Very nice cottage with a few problems First the ceiling fan did no work. Second The step down part of the living room was not marked. Other tham these two problems We had a wonderful stay.

Well, the shower doors fell off and fell apart totally as I was stepping into the shower. These doors are from 1962 ( Im guessing) Maintenance came next day and put up a rod and curtain. Also the shower had 2 large silver fish in it which made me scared to be in the bathroom at all. Thankfully my husband was there to assist in both situations. There were cobwebs in most corners of the was nice. Grill was new.The house could use a few upgrades it had a very old feeling to it
