About this house rental
Pleasing Cape Cod decor with nautical touches. The location is ideal. A short walk to Sea Street beach and a shorter walk to 'the' ice cream shop. House is set back on a quiet circle with little traffic. Kid friendly with plenty of room outdoor play room. Living room with bow windows, dining area, functioning fireplace for cozy evenings, and a HDTV flat screen with cable and DVD. New , mbeautiful well equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has three twin beds and the other bed room has two twin beds. There is an outside shower and a patio with picnic table and grill. Plenty of seating and an umbrella to make outdoor dining even more pleasant. Stunning kitchen that will make meal time so pleasant for all. This traditional house is perfect for building happy memories.And of course, we have a wi-fi connection. We have also added a new gas grill.
This winter the cottage has undergone a fantastic update in the main room, all new ceilings , new flooring and central air. NEW pictures coming but probably not until May when we also return to our beloved spot on old Cape Cod.
Please understand check in is Saturday after 2 pm and check out is the following Saturday at 10 am This allows time for a complete cleaning of the cottage. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our situation. Mimi was excellent to work with.

Nice little cottage for couple or small family of 5 although there is only 1 bath. Easy 10 minute walk to beach,ice cream store and nice breakfast restaurant. Very friendly host and very accommodating. Let us check in hours early. Kitchen is well supplied with all the supplies needed for virtually any meal and nice gas grill with full tank of gas. Outdoor shower for after the beach or for those not willing to wait for inside bathroom to be free. Only a few cons. Beds should be upgraded as the master Queen is very worn and uncomfortable and 2 of the 5 twin beds have a hammock like bow in them. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not included and the renter is responsible for providing. We flew in from Georgia so that took a separate luggage bag just to carry linens. First time we've experienced such a thing.All in all, I would consider for future vacation plans.

The house is perfect it is in a great location. we walked to the beach. There are restaurants around it but you are in a little cul-de-sac so you have such wonderful privacy. The inside was extremely clean with more than enough sleeping area, beautiful kitchen, we absolutely loved itWe will definitely be returning. Mimi, the owner, was so kind to offer a cleaning in the middle of our stay even, she is wonderful to work with. Thank you !!
