STEPS TO THE BEACH! Fantastic cottage just 300 feet to a shared private beach at the end of the street, with peaks of the ocean. Window AC in living room and two of the three bedrooms, Updated kitchen leads to sun room area, which allows for better views of the ocean. The back yard has an enclosed shower, deck, gas grill, and picnic table.
Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

We love this home and the access to the beach!It’s clean and spacious for all of us. The deck redo with the covering is awesome! If possible adding an ac to the room with the 2 twins would be grateful. Cannot wait for next summer!

Cute cottage with great views, walking distance to beach. Updates couches and rugs, included all needed appliances and extras (hand soap, garbage bags etc.). 3 AC units work hard to keep temperature down but need help pushing into non-A/C’d areas. Bring extra fan. Cleaning crew could do better.

Can't beat the location to the water. The beds and living room furniture need to be updated. I have rented this cottage many times over a number of years and the couch and the beds have never been updated. The air conditioners barely worked, the refrigerator was not cleaned out after the previous renters, and the floors need to be vacuumed there was still a lot of sand on them.
