This cozy 3BR/1BA home is located on a quiet dead-end street, just 0.6 miles to Sea St. Beach and walking distance to mini golf, lobster rolls, pizza, and ice cream. Enjoy the screened porch, deck, and outdoor shower. Approx. 768 sq. ft.
Saturday changeover. One dog allowed with permission (must be crated when alone). Additional fees may apply.

If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. The cabin is charming in a way that a grandmother's home might be. It is a little outdated, but we did not mind at all. The outdoor shower is awesome. We walked to and from the beach each day and to several local restaurants. The location is perfect for easily reaching any part of the cape in a day. Not far from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Lots to do and this was a great home base! Thanks for sharing it with us.

It was a great area, close to a lot of fun things and food. Only thing was the beach was more than what would be considered walking distance, and it was a pretty small beach. And my mom wasn’t happy about no air conditioning but it wasn’t terribly hot and the fans did the job just fine. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity strikes. It was a cozy little place and the neighbors were nice and quiet….
