The friendliness of the staff members and cleanliness of the unit
The advertisement on booking.com regarding pictures of the resort, is not a true reflection of how the resort it. That courses frustration and disappointment when you get to the building. Fix that, we had to ask so many times if it's where we've booked our stay. It was disappointly not nice compared to what's on the booking.com

The apartment itself is open and spacious, it was clean and well kept. We had access to amenities as listed.
The property itself is not a problem but the security and supervisor were unfriendly. We had a problem with the remote to the parking garage and instead of trying to solve the problem the supervisor was just unfriendly. The caretaker/housekeeper stopped communicating just as we arrived and that made us feel as though we were scammed.

The apartment is very nice. When Nontle, who was our host, was nowhere to be found, an arrangement was done by the owner for someone else to come and clean the apartment
Is the fact that we could not get the person to receive us who is Nontle the host she was nowhere to be found. Our request for early checkin was ignored. The apartment was not ready during checkin, and the cleaning was done whilst we were there.
