The apartment itself is open and spacious, it was clean and well kept. We had access to amenities as listed.
The property itself is not a problem but the security and supervisor were unfriendly. We had a problem with the remote to the parking garage and instead of trying to solve the problem the supervisor was just unfriendly. The caretaker/housekeeper stopped communicating just as we arrived and that made us feel as though we were scammed.

The place was clean and it had utensils we needed and it was close to a lot of things like the beach and shops around.

The apartment is very nice. When Nontle, who was our host, was nowhere to be found, an arrangement was done by the owner for someone else to come and clean the apartment
Is the fact that we could not get the person to receive us who is Nontle the host she was nowhere to be found.
Our request for early checkin was ignored.
The apartment was not ready during checkin, and the cleaning was done whilst we were there.
