Cybo 701 The Quays

It is beautiful, modern,spacious and good for a family vacation. Had a great view.

The space was not so clean. You would find people’s hair there and there, the sliding door rail was so packed with dirt, It’s like they only do superficial cleaning. The fridge was malfunctioning , we stayed for a full week and our food got rotten because of that. I guess it’s not an issue if you are only there for 1 or 2 days.

Quite and easy access to the beach and Ushaka.

The place was untidy and dusty ,with my sinuses I could smell the dust all over the couches and the mat,we had to pack the mat away because if was dusty and not washed , the couches were difficult to sit on due to dust, when we got there the refrigerator was not working, the sheet had stains and the beds are not in good conditions , the balcony needs to be revamped and cleaned ,all windows are dirty not cool considering the balcony area is only roller glass doors . The drawers had a funny smell ,we could not use the wall units also ,The basin in the bathrooms so not drain water due to the stopper being broken or stuck on the inside , the winds were so bad on Wednesday and because the sliding door does not properly shut we has to endure the winds and the door being opened by the wind everyone now and then .. our overall experience was not nice at all. The place is not bad but it lack clean unless ,clean sheets , functional basins and dust free.
