The location, access to everywhere and the nearby facilities.
The second registered guest had a challenge getting to the unit. Security and reception misunderstood his attempt to get to the unit.

It was clean n most of all not a lot of people so it was amazing for me
U have to make arrangements for them to come n clean n all that just isn’t good for me
$$$$
