It was perfect

The apartment was spacious. The bubble chair was awesome. The view was real good. The jacuzzi and roof top view was spectacular. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned and well maintained.

1. There were large sized cockroaches in the recessed ceiling which flew onto the dining room. Some cockroaches were found dead on the floor. 2. The sofa on the lounge is exceptionally soft like foam got soft and pap and it is difficult to get off from as you sink in. 3. The aircon in the dining room started to condensate above the dining table where we used to laptop which was dangerous. 4. The parking remote did not work and we had to phone security daily and on arrival day and on New Years day morning we had to wait outside the parking for a long before we got in to the parking. The remote was changed on departure day as it was new years weekend. 5. The self check in is not suitable as you have to find the reception, find the kry box, find the parking entrance, find the parking bay, find the apartment, find out how the braai area and jacuzzi works. Responses to phone calls were not immediate took a few minutes.
