Location and Views, Excellent.
Lovely view of the Harbour, nice seeing all the lights at night.
Just 1 or to items to note, although we are still higly satisfied :
2 or 3 baby roaches running around at night,
Door Locks (and sliding balcony door) needs maintenance
Airconditioners need maintenance

The roaches were a nightmare especially for my kids, had to go buy doom on my first night of arrival, host should consider fumigating the roaches are way too much
