Romantic and typical apartment for three people in the heart of centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. The property has been restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors; the accomodation is located in an area well serviced by public transport and offers the possibility of free car parks in a radius of 100 mt. You can also find numerous prestigious restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The property was completely renovated in typical tasteful Puglian style and a lovely top quality rustic furniture. It is 60 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access and air-conditioning.
The apartment consists of a living area with TV sofa-beds and table, a kitchen equi-pped with all kinds of useful appliances, a furnished bathroom with sink, wc, bidet, and shower box, a master bedroom with a door/window. From the kitchen and bedroom, you have access to a external and private patio with seats and table gar-den and outdoor shower.
This apartment is perfect for couple or families with one children and especially couples looking for a romantic and cozy home and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay. This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni or the wonderful beaches of Monopoli at 300 meters.

Apartment has a great location for a stay in Monopoli. Near restaurants, central storico and the beach. For me, since my stay was longer, I missed the opportunity to grill outside.

Abbiamo trovato la casa molto accogliente e provvista di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario davvero un’ottima persona e molto disponibile, unica nota negativa il parcheggio… abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio vicino casa, questo dovuto però anche all’alta stagione, dato che abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana dopo ferragosto. Per il resto tutto perfetto!
