This is a remodeled studio with its own separate entrance. It boast a full kitchen, balcony to over the forest and seasonal creek, living and dining quarters.

Located in Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Vista/Kings beach this is an ideal location for the skier just 6 miles from Northstar or 2 miles from the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe. If you are looking for night life the Nevada state line is 5 miles away. The property backs up to Tahoe National Forest where you can access the extensive trail systems and the Rim Trail.

Nice location, we've had some minor issues with hot water and the internet the first evening, but everything started working fine the next morning. Perfect location for skiing at Northstar and reasonably priced.

My family of three stayed for a long ski weekend at Rosalynn's apartment. It was cozy, well-heated, and a convenient 15 minute drive to Northstar. The apartment was exactly as advertised and we were able to prepare meals during our stay. The owners were very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

Internet and microwave did not work. TV was difficult to operate. Heater was very noisy. Great location, very close to Northstar. Great for a couple.
