Fantastic location for getting around Lake Tahoe close to so much both on the Lake and further afield such as Truckee Lovely decking area :) Nicely decorated throughout Great cosy living area Really nice kitchen well kitted out Very clean

Not dislikes as such but 2 of the blinds in the living area were broke and 1 wouldn't open at all The step up to the front door is beginning to rot and needs to be stepped on carefully One of the beds the leg came off on our first night and when we looked underneath the bed had hardly any support so all the beds need some attention Bedrooms quite dark lighting wise only lamps no ceiling light Only curtains in one bedroom, they all had blinds but still let light in after sunrise. Can hear the road quite loudly especially during rush hour so best if you want a peaceful sit outside to avoid those times :) Just feels like it needs a lil bit of TLC but overall nothing major to dislike :)

This is the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The host is extremely responsive — whenever we had a question, they replied very quickly. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with all the necessary seasonings, which was amazing and really showed how thoughtful the host is. The living room is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful. It’s a pity that when we stayed there, it hadn’t snowed yet — otherwise, it would have been even more beautiful.

Very up to date decor! Pretty

Stairs. Having to strip beds, gather towels put in washer, load dishes and run dishwasher I paid. Almost $300 cleaning deposit yet had to do all of above. Plus empty garbage cans
