About this apartment rental

The Dickson Unit 210 has Dickson street and the entertainment district right outside the door for easy access. Condo has great balcony to sit and watch the "wildlife" of Dickson street. Access to all the best restaurants and bars just steps away. The Fayetteville trail system is right outside the building, providing jogging and biking options. The condo is fully furnished to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. This is a non-smoking facility. Property is LTR only currently pending STR licensing.

Super easy process. Owner very responsive. Very clean. Parking spot is so convenient and a very short distance to condo. Easy in and easy out. Easy to follow instructions for accessing the condo. Definitely recommend. Don’t forget to bring your coffee!!
