Alto Mar Inn

A wonderful two-night stay in the Algarve. The location is excellent if you want easy access to both the town centre and the beach, though it is worth noting that the walk back up to the accommodation is a bit uphill. Our host, Fatima, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and preparing a lovely breakfast. The property also features a nice balcony, which was very practical for drying clothes after a day at the beach. We opted for the shared bathroom option and found it worked out perfectly, as we never once had to wait for another guest.

Nothing major, though the room might feel a little small for two people depending on how much luggage you have. It is also worth noting that there is an extra charge if you wish to store your suitcases on the day of check-out; however, it is reasonably priced and works out slightly cheaper than using the standard luggage locker services in town.

We stayed one night as last minute plans to explore Lagos. Quick reaction from owner - we only booked 30 mins before arriving! Everything was ready and prepared. Good location with free, safe parking on street - 5 min walk into town. Quiet area, felt safe to walk back late at night. Staff there were lovely & helpful. Breakfast was super. Shared bathroom but we didn't have to wait and everything was clean. Would recommend for a short stay!

The room and the friendly service of Fatima made sure we enjoyed our stay in Lagos! A welcoming breakfast to start your day right. The shared bathroom was always nice and tidy.

Little bit of a small shower for 2 people. But still manageable.
