It was very clean, easy access and in a good location.

The bed in room 202 is extremely squeaky. I invite the owner to sit on it and then lay on it and roll over. It woke me up every time I moved. The room was also very dimly lit. It could use more lighting. And hopefully the owner is planning on dealing with the garbage dump that was my view. The yard is atrocious with crap piled up everywhere. It would be a nice place for people to sit outside if it was cleaned up.

The property is conveniently located within a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town, as well as various shops and restaurants, and around 20 minutes on foot to the Marina. Access to the property is fully digital, which made check-in very convenient and felt secure since only guests can enter using a private access code. The place was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Although the property was clean, secure, and conveniently located, there were a few aspects of the stay that I found inconvenient. I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and I initially thought the bathroom would be directly connected between rooms. However, the bathroom was located farther down the hallway, so I had to leave my room and walk a short distance each time I needed to use it. The room also did not have a mirror, which made doing skincare or makeup a bit inconvenient since I had to use the bathroom mirror instead. At times, the bathroom was occupied, which added to the inconvenience. Another downside was the noise level during the stay. The guests in the room next to mine were quite loud late at night whenever they returned, and the doors themselves made a very loud sound when opened or closed. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to use the doors quietly. Lastly, the access code expires exactly at check-out time, regardless of whether you have already left the property or not, so it’s important to be fully checked out on time or slightly earlier.

Squeaky bed was larger mattress than bed frame underneath . Reserved room got changed because of someone else’s booking change and moved from room we wanted to book.

Well equipped kitchen, access to free tea and coffee with sweet cakes.

You can hear all of the noices inside the house, whenever someone is opening the door or going up/down on stairs. Lack of any receptionist/stuff except cleaning ladies (which were doing great job there). It cause people to behave as they were alone there, also owners do not know what is happening and can lead to dangerous situations. Everyone now thinks that automatic doors that opens with a code is such a brilliant idea, but it is actually quite dangerous. I had one situation like that in the middle of the night and couldn't contact anyone because nobody was replying to my messages. Someone was knocking aggressively to my doors half of the night and did not respond when I was saying that they are knocking to the wrong doors (many times), so at the end I even thought this is someone outside of the building. And what was my surprise when in the morning I was accused of noises at night influencing other tenants, so apparently owners install automatic doors mechanism and cannot even read and understand the logs from the system. Very unpleasant experience. And at the end no "we are sorry" just "thanks for understanding" and I understood nothing in that situation. The drunk lady who was knocking from 2am-6am did not come in the morning to say "I'm sorry". People just pretend that nothing happens when they disturb others. Also another day probably the same ladies were playing super loud music at 10pm, preparing for a party and as apartment above them, I heard everything, so after 10pm has passed and music was still loud I came down to ask to put volume down. I was knocking for a while waiting for someone to open the doors and imagine that the people in the room try to pretend they do not exist, that they are not there. So I was on holidays to sleep and calm down and instead I had restless time there. Nobody cared, money has been paid.
