Τα άτομα ήτανε πολύ φιλικά και οι Ιταλοί και οι Έλληνες …. Μάλιστα το πρώτο βράδυ με πήγανε με το μηχανάκι τους να ψωνίσω. Πολύ καλά παιδιά !!!!

It was a great apartament. We were four people and it was enough space for us. The little terrace was also good. We had some rope to put our clothes to dry. The location was good. The bus station was 3 minutes away by foot. If you want to go to Little Venice you can walk. Only 25 minutes away. We liked our stay at Sonia.

Il bagno un po' vecchio

The photos on the listing showed beautiful rooms and a pool with a view, but when we arrived, we were taken to a completely different house, not part of the main hotel, completely different from the photos. It’s a much simpler place, about 10 minutes downhill. There weren’t even basic things like glasses to drink water. Even though we were surprised, we decided to stay. But things got worse and was not a good experience: • On the third day, we had no running water at all. We couldn’t shower, couldn’t use toilet, or have breakfast before leaving. We were told it was due to maintenance, but no one warned us. • Then we had no hot water for 3 days in total, including our last day. • The cleaning service wasn’t great, not enough toilet paper refilled overall, and not all the towels were changed. • On the last day, we ran out of toilet paper completely, which was very frustrating with 6 people in the house. . The toillet seat in one of the bathroom was broke. Honestly, the listing was very misleading, and the service didn’t match what was promised in the description and in the comments. Because the place you rented is not the real one!
