Seablue Town Maisonette Mykonos

Een fantastisch ruim appartement middenin het centrum van Mykonos stad en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze communiceert snel. Echt een aanrader!

Prime location, walking distance to everything. Stylish and clean apartment with all the basics.

Difficulty in finding the property. The rest was perfect. The host send a video and some pictures on how to find the property; however it was still difficult to find it as streets in that part of Mykonos apparently don't have a name or number. We called the Host and she said to look at the video she has sent but all entrances looked the same: white stairs in a little alley... it was late at night and we were tired, the host said "look where all the dresses are"... and of course almost every store has dresses on their front store... We finally found the property and everything was very good.

The location was great and our rating is primarily for the location which was in the heart of the gorgeous, bustling Matoyianni street with the taxi / seabus pickup point only short walks away. One dining tip: Make sure to have gyros at Sakis diner which was located just across the street from the apartment - honestly the best gyros we had in Greece!

We found the host Tina to be rude, abrasive and unhelpful in most of our interactions with her. In contrast we found the staff member Mrs. Jessie, who we interacted with briefly when we couldn't find the apartment, to be helpful and pleasant. The water heater had to be switched on an hour before and then switched off right before bathing - this meant the water invariably ran out if you had anything more than a quick shower and worse, the next person in line to shower would have to wait for another hour till they could use the shower! The layout of the apartment was very inconvenient with the living room, kitchen and shower on the bottom level and the bedroom up a steep, windy flight of stairs. We would give this apartment a miss if we ever stayed in Mykonos Town again
