The location was exceptional, right on the waterfront and within easy walking distance of Little Venice, restaurants, shops and the windmills. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and “‘Tina” the owner was very attentive & always checked in and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downside was that it could be a little noisy at night due to the lively atmosphere in the area, but that’s expected given the central location. Everything else was excellent.

Located in Little Venice, I can easily return to your room and rest even while sightseeing.
It makes I feel like I'm living in the charming town of Mykonos.
The room decorations and candles are lovely.
There's a private courtyard where I can hang my laundry without worry and it dries quickly.
The voices of passersby on the street in front of the room can be heard clearly until late at night, which might keep some people awake at night (it didn't bother me, though).
Since the door can be opened and closed from both the inside and outside with a single key, having a chain lock on the inside provides extra security.
I tried to watch YouTube on the TV, but the screen went black after a few minutes, making it impossible to watch.

Everything. The personal touches made it feel like a home.
The stairs. But that was a little to do with my overpacking!!

Central location. Clean.
Very very very small. Not 25 sq meters but only 14 sq meters. The owner tried to manipulate us that it is indeed 25 sq meters and we had to measure it to realize we are not crazy (and we took photos). Not enough space to even open a suitcase.
