About this house rental
Our special and luxurious house is located in the most central part of Mykonos just above matogianni street and the statue of mando. it is a two floored house with front & back private areas and shared pool. it has a great asset of having one private parking spot. On foot you will find small cafes, traditional taverns and restaurants, all scattered in the streets of Mykonos - especially in Matogiannia, where you will find unique opportunities for shopping for clothes, jewelry and works of art.
Guest access
This small cozy compound has a shared pool area and a gated parking area ( there is one allocated parking space for a small sized car) the guests can use these facilities freely with respect towards the other tenants & owners. The main access to & from the property should be done only using the main house entrance.
Other things to note :
No parties or gathering are allowed at the property. Children are not allowed to be left alone unsupervised at the compound especially the pool area. The pool does not have a life guard so supervising is compulsory at all times. Dogs are not allowed to be free within the compound area. We have a special doggie door at the backyard area so our little paw friends can stay within the pink pelican area.

The property was perfectly located for easy access to Mykonos Town. The property itself was lovely, with a great pool and all the amenities we could need. Brilliant location and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

We were so happy with our choice to stay at this villa in the heart of Mykonos. The villa comfortably accommodated our family of 5 with plenty of space for sleeping, dining and recreation. The style and design was beautiful, clean and very fitting of the Cycladic islands, simply magical. Within walking distance to amazing pier-side restaurants and attractions. And included a parking space which was perfect for our ferry-hopping island adventures with our rental vehicle. The property also has a pool which was perfect for a quick dip with the kids. Would definitely book again at this magical villa in Mykonos.

We had a great time in this beautiful villa. The owner communicated with us a lot, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendation for places to eat, bars, taking the bus, sea taxi, and other adventures. One bedroom looks out over the courtyard (with a beautiful pool) and out to the old port and sea. The other bedroom faces away from the sea, but over. ooks a cute courtyard.both bedrooms are on the second floor.
