About this house rental
This luxurious three bedroom semi-detached house is prime located on the golden mile of Puerto del Carmen, a much sought after area with the beach reachable just by crossing the road. The property has been completely renovated in June 2017 to the highest standards, and can host up to a maximum of 5 people in three bedrooms. The main bedroom hosts a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom, which you access through the second bedroom, has one single bed (only suitable for a child up to 14 years). There's also fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a lovely terrace - ideal to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer when the day comes to an end.
All rooms of the house have air conditioning that can keep you cool in summertime, and can also provide heat during the cooler evenings. There’s also free WiFi throughout the property.
The house belongs to a housing development known as Residencial Oasis San Antonio, which has three shared pools and plenty of garden areas at your convenience.
This is a stunning property which must be seen to be fully appreciated.

We loved our stay at Casa las Rosas, the bungalow was in a fabulous location on a beautifully kept complex with fabulous swimming pools and well kept gardens.
The Bungalow itself was perfect for our family of 4 Adults and a child, equipment wise it had everything you could want, our grandson particularly loved the hot outdoor shower 😍 The utility area was an added bonus.
Our communication with BuenaVilla was 1st class, never had a problem.
The cleaning team that came in came exactly when we were told they would replacing bedding and plenty of towels.

We have just arrived home from a week stay at this Casa Las Rosas. We are a family of 5 (including 2 teenagers). It was exactly what we were looking for.
It is precisely like the photos and description. The location was ideal for us. Mini golf to the left, supermarket to the right. With a beach both directions and right next to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere it was so convenient.
The team looking after the property rental were so helpful. The option to whatsapp with any queries or for assistance was great.
The pool area was lovely too.
Could not fault it.
