Stairs access right into the blue-green gulf waters…3 bedrooms and a mother-in-law suite… 3 1/2 baths, 3 decks (1 screened in) 1/4 from a beach and 2 miles from charming SK Village. This enchanting beach house truly extends the OLDFLORIDA feel with the tropical landscaping and serene waters. This house sleeps 8 comfortably... We provide WiFi , a grill, and a Keurig coffee pot. A partially fenced in yard and lush landscaping gives you lots of privacy. Why go to the beach, when you can swim and fish right in your backyard! Also very close to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota—about a 15 minute drive to both. Perfect for a family vacation or relaxation, excellent for families not wanting to leave the property. NOTE; This is an OLD FLORIDA FEEL, not new, but so charming. Also location, location, and location…and we have it right on Siesta Key.

We liked the place overall and enjoyed our stay.
Karen was a prompt and accommodating host.
The price is right, the access to the gulf is awesome, and its close to everything. I think the bald eagle has moved on but the wildlife is everywhere including a manatee that swam up to the sea wall! As with other comments, the house is dated inside (the master needs some help (mattress, bedding and furniture that fits), the main sliding patio door lock needs repair to work properly, and a new fridge is warranted. That said the other keys things work as expected....AC works great, toilets, water pressure, grill, bikes, beach furniture, etc. all good. Lastly the house was clean. My 4star on the cleanliness related to the patio furniture thay I spent 30min cleaning before we could enjoy it.

The pictures don’t do any justice. I was under the assumption that the waterfront patio was right outside the door, and it wasn’t.
Upon arrival there were towels in the washer/dryer from previous stay.
In all honesty, the cleanliness of the house just wasn’t up to our standards. Additional cleaning products were bought once inside the rent.
Overall, it was great. My family truly enjoyed themselves.
