About this house rental
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. It's a 2 min drive Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. A 5 min drive or 20 min walk to the #1 beach in US. Supermarket, gas station and pharmacy within 5 min drive. Stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and floats. The pool area has a bbq, full size bar, TV and dining set for 8. The home has a high chair, pack and play, puzzles, books and toys. Trolley stop around the corner that takes you to the beaches, the village and downtown Sarasota. You will certainly enjoy your stay here! Only one booking allowed per 30 day period.

My group loved our time at Tiba’s place! The pool area was absolutely incredible and the location of the house was perfect for quick trips to the village and the beach. You can walk, but we did find ourselves still using our rental car at least to go all the way to the beach.

Had an excellent experience staying at the property with our group of 7. Everything was as advertised, freshly renovated and clean. Pool area was a great hangout space, bedrooms were nice, and the bathrooms were new and clean. Plenty of towels and essentials provided. Communication from host was excellent and timely. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent - loved the pool, grill and outside eating area. A great set up for family fun. We walked, took the shuttle and drove to the beach. All options worked great. It was well stocked with supplies for everything we needed. Freshly remodeled, spacious and very nice accommodations.

Host was exceptionally cooperative. The house is lovely and the patio area is wonderful. We did not have cooperation of the weather but that was certainly not because of the host
