About this house rental
Take a look at this spacious canal front home on Siesta Key with heated pool. This home is great for a large family or even two families with its open floor plan. Enter the home through the double French doors and down the foyer into the heart of the home; the open family room, living room w/ fireplace, and eat-in kitchen. Large sliding glass doors run the entire length of the home looking out over the pool, backyard, and canal. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and flat screen TV with on-suite master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and 2-person shower. The second largest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The family room has plenty of seating to take in the views or watch your favorite movies and shows in HD on the 50” flat screen TV.
Step outside to the pool deck where you can soak in the sun. There is also a fully screened in and covered part of the patio for the not so sunny days. The dock offers boat and Jet Ski lifts if you decide to rent some or if you are bringing your own.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: One month minimum with the exception of 2 week reservations a maximum of 30-days in advance.

Pool Heating: $175/week
Pets: $200 Non-refundable fee and prior approval required.

We had an amazing time in Siesta Key. The property was perfect for our family with lots of indoor space to sleep and fun outdoor space to swim in the pool and kayak in the canals. The view was beautiful. We also had fun on the bikes with a short ride to the beach and the village. There was so much to do for all ages. The powder white sand ,blue waters and sunsets were pure perfection.

Loved staying here. Great if you have a boat and or kayaks. Lots of room and easy to keep clean. A few quirky light switch and shower temperature things. A little welcome book of local attractions would be useful.
Tiny tiny things compared to the GREAT time we had in this home.

The house was big and had so much space for large groups. The house was very well stocked and had plenty of items for the kitchen. The screened in porch was really nice. We had some issues with algae in the pool. We kept contacting the management company as soon as we noticed issues. It was not treated so we were unable to use the pool. We were told that we could swim in but there was black algae all over the bottom and no one wanted to get in that. We ended up leaving early and moved to a different house for the last part of our stay.
