Amazing single family house, one level, situated on the Grand Canal. Private secluded courtyard/pool. House on quiet street in a very nice neighbourhood. Short distance to Siesta Village with nice restaurants. The famous Siesta Beach is only 10 minutes away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this beautiful property. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home is in a great location, not far from the beach. We definitely plan on returning for another amazing stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It is in a great location - walking on the canopied roads, biking to town and beach. Very quiet and peaceful. When our kids and their babies came, the outside pool area became our hangout as there is great sun and great shade. The house is clean and spacious, especially the common areas. It was great to have bikes, stroller, and beach toys already there. We will be back!
