Newly Remodeled! Pool home near Siesta Beach!

Host was helpful - the house was clean with large rooms and very nice rear patio and pool all caged in plus privacy fence !! Convenient location for what we wanted to do with beach and village both walking and biking distance . Equipped with the necessities . Absolutely served our 4 person family perfect and would do it again!!

Enjoyed our stay at this great vacation home. We spent a lot of time enjoying not only the pool but having breakfast and dinner at the outdoor table. Also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture during our “happy hour”. The kitchen had everything you would need. I brought kitchen items with me as some places are lacking some kitchenware/utensils but I didn’t need to unpack them. Everything worked perfectly. Really liked the artificial turf in the back area as it was almost a “bug free” zone. It was a quiet area and good for walking especially with the park nearby. Will definitely return.

This was the first time I went with a house rental after normally staying in a condo right on the beach for many years. While a bit apprehensive at first it easily exceeded my expectations. Christine and Troys home was everything I could have wanted and beyond. Everything was top notch in my book, very well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I loved the neighborhood, quiet and very interesting to walk around take in all the different properties. Enjoyed grilling out on a number of nights and so much enjoyed just laying under the lanai reading. For those that love the beach, only a 15 to 20 minute walk or as I did early some mornings drive down to the public beach parking and do a nice exercise walk down to the Point of Rocks or Patriots Pier and back. I loved the privacy of the property when out at the pool or in the back yard. When I had some questions Christine or Troy would respond quickly, seemed to genuinely care about their guests having a most enjoyable time. Hopefully get a chance in the future to once again stay there.

Best rental we’ve booked (across the globe) in 20 plus years. Thoughtful touches such as a blue tooth speaker, bicycles, beach supplies and foil, ziplock bags, etc. Quiet neighborhood and pool area enclosure keeps bugs away and the perfect amount of sun in. We will return!
