The Waterside home is elegantly decorated and located on a quiet cul-de-sac boasting 200 feet of waterfront. It has a large landscaped fenced yard, pool & lanai, canal views, and large lighted boat dock for your use. The spacious master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, with an amazing closet and water views. You will enjoy water views and wood floors throughout the home. A stylish chef’s kitchen with bar seating is the center of the home. The dining room will be home to all the great meals, laughs, and memories you will make.

What a great find! Heidi was a fantastic host and the house was perfect for our needs. The furniture is new and well appointed. Within a short distance to the beach; the Village or off the key to have dinner downtown, this was a superb location and accommodations. The pool was heated perfectly and the outdoor area is set up nicely for dinners outside or just lounging. We rented a boat for a couple of days and we were able to dock at the house as it's on a canal right off the Intercoastal Waterway. Lots of space and well stocked. Thanks for a great month, Heidi and we'll be back.
