Country House Nazzano is a characteristic stone farmhouse located in one of the most beautiful areas in central Tuscany among olive groves and vineyards close to San Gimignano, Siena and Florence. The carefully restored house has maintained the original features. It is furnished with period furniture and the atmosphere is very warm and hospitable.
The immersed panorama of the Chianti hills is characterized by the historic towers of San Gimignano and the medieval village of Certaldo Alto.

Country House Nazzano consists of two apartments each with independent entrance, garden and patio.

1 - La Lucciola - sleeps 6
Ground floor:
large living room with fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, and small service bathroom
Mezzanine bedroom overlooking the living room with 2 single beds and desk
Loggia of about 20 square meters
First floor
two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room.

2) La Rondine 2 + 2 sleeps
On the ground floor:
large living room/fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom/wc, comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
Loggia of about 8 square meters.

These two accommodations are ideal for groups of up to 8 people and can be connected
In the garden for exclusive use you can take advantage of two independent relaxation areas, equipped with a mini pool, deckchairs and sun loungers, where you can admire the view at sunset with a glass of Chianti. Also ideal for the little ones where they can play and cool off on the hottest days.
The land surrounding the property with olive trees and lawn (1 ha) is available to customers.
