Location is very nice, short drive to all the main cities/towns. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were nice, especially the main building.
The size of the room was too small for 4 persons. Same for the bathroom. The "foldable" bed was not comfortable.

The views and the pool were lovely. Dinner was great too.

The breakfast was comprehensive and of quality. The views from every part of the facility and the rooms were just amazing. Unapparelled. The pools were immaculate, clean and large enough for all guests (multiple pools). The air conditioning was super effective. A great selection of wines to indulge in and great cellar rates. We will be back for certain and will be recommending this location (and the wines) to everyone.
An additional supply of pillows is always appreciated but was lacking here. Although it was summer, having access to sufficient blankets is also warranted. Additional clothes lines would be beneficial.

Beautifully situated in the Tuscany area. Signage not great to to get to the property driveway up was a little bit pothole and no lights to guide away traveller up the hill. The rooms were loud and you could hear your neighbors.
