Loved the property was set in a vineyard with beautiful views. We had an apartment we had lots of room.

The electrical outlets in our apartment need updating with USB connection for iphones. The one way road up and down was very challenging at times.

Beautiful gardens, and swimming pool, airconditioning worked in warmer weather!

Always prefer a lift for getting suitcases up one flight of stairs!

Beautiful views and great location

Upon arrival no information or tour was provided about farm/family/area. That was the whole reason for staying there rather than a hotel. No water/glasses. Room was freezing upon arrival. No effort to educate about wine or olive oils. Sorry it was just an opportunity lost. Would love to see vegetables offered at dinner. Thank you.

Stunning views and a great location for exploring the area. Lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. The property was clean and generally well maintained. Easy parking and access to local attractions.

The annex accommodation was not accurately represented. While the website states it is a separate building with shared common areas, it does not make clear that it is a drive away from the main property up a steep hill, nor that the shared area is essentially a kitchen with bedrooms opening directly off it, making it feel more like a shared apartment. Our family group was split between different apartment units, which was inconvenient when travelling with grandparents and a young child. Check-in felt rushed, and we were given limited information before being directed to the annex. The room was missing shampoo and the air conditioning was not working properly on arrival, requiring us to contact staff to resolve both issues. The restaurant only opens at 8pm, which is quite late for families with young children. The fixed-menu dinner was disappointing in terms of both quality and atmosphere, and service was very slow. Communication regarding the restaurant’s fixed-menu policy was extremely poor. We booked a table for 5 people and on arrival explained that only one member of our group wished to dine, and were told this was not a problem. However, at check-out they wanted to charge for five covers despite only one meal being ordered and eaten, stating the reservation was for the menu not the table (this was not properly explained). The handling of the dispute at check-out was extremely disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the misunderstanding, staff became confrontational, unnecessarily rude and threatened to call the police. Although a partial compromise was eventually reached, the experience left a very negative final impression.
