About this villa rental
The villa with swimming pool is in a residential area about 3 km from the center of Certaldo. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus an attic (with bathroom without shower) and can accommodate a total of 8 + 2 people. Private access for cars and parking.
The exterior, in the area near the swimming pool, is equipped with table and chairs, and the solarium area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
There is a brick barbecue.
The garden is about 600 square meters large.
Inside the surface is about 350 square meters divided as follows:
Ground floor (on different levels): entrance, kitchen (with dishwasher and electric oven) and lounge for a total of about 100sqm.
First floor: a double bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower.
Second floor: a double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Finally there is the attic, a room of about 50 square meters with two beds, a sofa bed and a bathroom (without shower).
