It is situated away from traffic congestion, crowds and day and night noise. You will enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment and a sunny garden for your enjoyment. Your accommodation is a self-contained north facing loft which is comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great break away. Excellent local restaurants offer diverse cuisines and plentiful shopping areas are available for food and all else that Balgowlah, Seaforth and Manly offer, all with ample free parking.
Within equal walking distance is Tania Park on Dobroyd Head, with its spectacular views of Middle Harbour, stretching from North Harbour, Manly, across to historic Quarantine Station, the Heads (North and South Head), Sydney Harbour, to Grotto Point and city skyline, is a short walk away as is North Harbour Reserve with its picnic and public BBQ facilities and gourmet cafe close-by. Both Forty Baskets and Clontarf Beaches and pools can be accessed by road or shoreline walk.

The hosts were welcoming and made you feel at ease from the time I arrived. The place was spotless, nothing to fault,every aspect had been taken care of. Supplies of cofee,tea, milk etc. were full and they continually asked whether there was anything i needed. They also provided me with trips into Balgowlah Village and Manly. Oh & the breakfast was supberb - expecially the freshly squeezed orange juice and the fruit salad.These hosts are exceptional!!! PS the place is so quiet and beautiful garden if you need to relax.

Kay and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Very clean, tidy and comfortable, plus the breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully and always at a time that suited us. The location was perfect for our needs and we would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Had a wonderful stay at Balgowlah. Hosts, Michael and Kaye were very welcoming and helpful suggesting local walks and places to visit. The provided breakfast was healthy and fresh. The loft room was large and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
