The Studio was perfect for our short stay in Manly, and we were able to get to the event we were attending there with much less stress and hassle. Everything we needed was available, and we appreciated the large room heater and great hot water supply as we stayed in Winter. The host, Dean, was very helpful and communications were great. He was always just a call or text away.We appreciated the easy access to the Studio and the free parking especially, as there wasn't much parking available in the streets. We were able to drive or walk to where we needed to go and that was really terrific.It was easy to access the local shops, food and beach and ferry wharf from the Studio. The room was beautiful and we appreciated the cleanliness of the room, comfortable clean bed and bedding, towels, clothes hanging space, kitchenette and fridge etc.The beautiful garden views out of the windows, visiting birds, and the daylight coming in the top arches of the windows was really nice especially in the morning.We had pretty much everything we needed to make the trip to Manly an enjoyable one. We hope to visit again in the future and will be very happy to stay in the Studio again.

Very central for access to ferry/sydney etc... good parking ,a little older than most places we would personally stay, but very adequate an overall pleasant stay ,quiet and secluded recommend to all. clean and tidy and warm....shower is awesome

Great location although a heads up that is a steep climb when walking. Dean communicated well and checked in with us that we arrived safely. Apartment is a bit shabby and outside area very rundown but inside very clean. Bed, bedding and definitely tvneed updating.
