About this apartment rental
Fully furnished private studio apartment within 150m of beautiful Balmoral Beach.
Located at the rear of a large private home but completely seperate entrance to the main house.
Stroll to local beach cafes or soak up the sun on Sydney's finest harbour side beach.

- Kitchenette with 2 burner cooktop and fridge.
- Queen bed with bedding - bath and beachtowels provided.
- Built in robe and draws provided
- Smart TV with netflix enabled.
- Stone bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail.
- Indoor table for 2
- Outdoor table for 2
- Underfloor heating & floor fan.
- Washing Machine / Dryer facilities available upon request.
Guest Access:
Access is down 15 stairs, then through the pool gates and down a long side path to the back of the main house. (see photo of side path).
Street parking is easy, not metered or restricted and plenty of it, except sometimes harder on hot summer Saturday & Sundays (November to February only).
Guest are only to use the studio & courtyard directly outside studio, other areas of the private residence is off limits.
Things to note
- Host will have limited interaction with guests, only when needed.
- We have children so you may hear them from time to time.
- It property is strictly for 2 people only, no other guests to come to the residence unless otherwise agreed

Everything Balmoral at its best! All you need for one or two people. Wonderfully close to Balmoral Beach. Easy parking.
