A relaxing and cozy stay in a really unique property. I loved it!

The hosts of this unique gem of a property really had thought of everything! There was nothing that I felt that I needed that was not already provided. It was a compact and bijou haven, especially for a woman travelling alone. Extremely safe in a beautifully curated garden. I cannot recommend it enough. I was so happy there :)

Beautiful accommodation, pristine throughout, modern bathroom and decor.

Located on outskirts of Moville with easy access to the Town walking. Access to the Shore walk is just beside the house and the minor road leads to a small beach where it is possible to swim, I walked to Greencastle and back and in the evening walked to Moville and back to the Hut. The Hut is in a garden that is separate from the Main House with lovely Apple blossom trees and Bird song in the mornings. The outdoor furniture and equipment supplied looks great also. The Breakfast and other food supplies were brilliant. Milk, Coffee, Juice, Nightime Tea, Biscuits, Crackers, Bread butter and marmalade.

Gorgeous getaway

The Shepherd’s Hut was the PERFECT place for my holiday. It is exactly as pictured. Bed was perfectly comfy. Cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, bread and biscuits provided. Bathroom was small but adequate (what else would you expect- a double vanity and claw foot tub? 😉🤣). Moville is quaint and I’m pretty sure everyone knows everyone else. Eileen was a gorgeous host- always willing to offer help. Of a taxi is needed, use Skelly taxi. Donal, the owner, is a delight. Basically gave me a personal tour of Malin Head. Though more he only takes cash. The outside area of the hut was serene and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back and spend more time time. It’s best suited for 1 person. I suppose you could do 2, but it would be very tight.

A Ferry ride to a Donegal paradise.

Booked this wee gem for my girlfriends 50th birthday two nights over the weekend, it didn’t disappoint, complete with birthday banner and balloon which was a lovely surprise for Caroline, the setting is in a private garden, the hut and garden are immaculate, sun was shining and we made good use of the Ninja barbecue both nights, we had a great day at Stroove beach in Greencastle and sampled many drinks in quite a few bars in Moville a short walk away, all in all it was a fantastic weekend in a lovely location in a beautiful little Shepherds Hut and we’ll definitely be back.

Couldn’t fault a thing! The location was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, and the hut itself was beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need and was finished to such a high standard! Eileen was a brilliant host. We will definitely be back :)

It was so clean and we had loads of space and privacy. lovely garden to relax in, it was a home from home. It was the ideal getaway for a lovely weekend, I would highly recommend Atlantic Way Shepherd Hut to anyone that was looking a peaceful getaway. No water for two mornings as major waterworks going on ,which Iam sure host's were informed but we weren't, felt like in the dog house in their back garden ☹️

We vonden het een leuk en luxe huisje. Compact, maar alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Inclusief een fijne elektrische BBQ buiten. In het dorp hebben we lekker gegeten, in de omgeving tochten gemaakt en gewandeld. Een heel leuk adres en een fijne ontvangst.
