Two night minimum stay accepted. Tastefully decorated and completely redone, this house offers four bedrooms: on the ground floor 2 bedrooms with a double bed. A separate toilet, a shower. A large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, food processor, coffee maker, etc.) a living room with TV, sofas, etc. Upstairs, two bedrooms for four people in each bedroom: 1 double bed, 2 single beds plus a cot. A WC and a bathroom, plus a corridor area for children with 2 low chairs.

This was a home away from home for me and 3 friends touring the Normandy beaches - great location easy drive from Caen. Nice walk to beach and bike trails up and down the coast. House is exceptionally well appointed with all kitchen implements and machines that you could want. Dishwasher and Laundry a big plus. I hope to come back with my family. Isabelle the property manager helped us with every aspect and provided translation service for Us English speakers and some local vendors. Excellent - visit and enjoy this great home

An exceptionally comfortable house and garden near the beach. The house was very accommodating, modern and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as described. Clean. Close to the beach. Within 30 minutes of war cemeteries and WW2 sites (which is why we chose this property). Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and hot water. Toilets work great. Plenty of space inside. Full kitchen with all dining ware and cooking utensils. A nice fenced/gated yard. Wi-Fi works well but with 30 character password. Washed some clothes. A couple nice restaurants nearby. Bakery and a fruit store were perfect for breakfast -- just 2 blocks from house. I did not fully read the Property Overview though. Toward the bottom it says "Possibility to rent sheets and towels on site" Oops. Beds had comforters but no sheets, and there were no towels. But . . . Isabelle loaned us her personal clean sheets and towels and we were set. Problem averted. Merci, Isabelle! She is not the owner but the "concierge", essentially, who provided the keys and the walk through to show us where everything is. We texted her an hour before arrival and she was there early. This was my families first VRBO rental -- and an overseas one at that, which made me a bit nervous -- but this truly was a great experience. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location

The house is exceptionally well equipped and has everything you need for a good holiday. It's location is perfect , just a few minutes walk to grocery shop, (delicious) bakers and restaurants. The sea is only a few minutes walk too and within an easy drive are many interesting historical sites to visit. The house and garden are well kept . The concierge, Isabelle, gave us a wonderful welcome and could not have been more helpful in trying to get the wifi to work. Thank you, Isabelle. It was disappointing not to be able to park in the driveway as we had hoped from reading the information on the website and have to park on the roadside, hence 4 stars not 5. If you don't mind parking on the roadside I can recommend this house without hesitation.

Un vrai moment de bonheur

Une merveilleuse maison de famille avec une âme. Cette maison a toute les commodités nous étions 10 personnes. La décoration est de bon goût avec de belles peintures qui nous font voyager en Normandie. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie très bonne. La cuisine est grande et très bien équipée. En fin de journée nous avons profité du jardin très bien entretenu, salon de jardin barbecue tout y est pour passer de belles soirées. Et pour finir un très bon contact avec Isabelle pour l'entrée et la sortie. Notre séjour en Normandie a été réussi tant par les visites des sites que nos moments en famille dans cette belle maison

Maison bien située avec beau jardin. Au RdC, entrée directe dans 1 seule pièce (cuisine salon), 2 tables de hauteurs différentes et 8 chaises de bar : aménagement inadapté pour 10 personnes. A l'étage, 2 chambres (8 couchages) sans rangement hormis 3 patères et 1 placard bas, petite salle de bains permettant de poser 4 serviettes. 1 seul étendoir au RdC, sur la terrasse, insuffisant pour sécher 10 serviettes. Nous étions trop à l'étroit et les commodités manquaient, ce qui a nui à la convivialité de notre séjour. Nous avons été très déçus.

Wir haben als Familie hier sehr schöne Tage in Langrune-sur-mer verbracht. Das Haus liegt nahe beim Meer, man läuft nur einmal 3 Minuten die Straße hinunter. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. 4-6 Leute können hier prima Urlaub machen. Bäckerei, Fleischerei und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft sind fussläufig erreichbar, den nächsten großen Supermarkt erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables une très belles maison, du beau temps, des plages, des bons restos et des commerces a proximités. Malheureusement et heureusement que le frigo est tombé en panne le jour de notre arrivée le vendredi après midi. Nous avons immédiatement téléphoné à notre contact sur place et le frigo a été remplacé immédiatement par le propriétaire. Le samedi tout était rentré dans l'ordre. par contre, un petite amélioration serait a apporté au niveau de la sécurité pour les petits enfants au niveau de l'escalier a l'étage il serai opportun de colmaté le trou entre les barreaux de l'escalier et le plancher et aussi remplacer l'armoire par une véritable rambarde sinon tout était parfait. La cuisine est très très bien équipée, le jardin est très bien sécurisé et très bien équipé chaise en suffisance nous reviendrons certainement. Nous avons même regretté de ne pas avoir loué plus longtemps pour ce séjour Bien a vous Marcelline Mertens

Nous avons passé quelques jours, du 29 décembre au 2 janvier 2019, dans cette agréable maison, située à moins de 10 mn à pied de la mer. Retrouvaille en famille pour passer ensemble les fêtes de fin d'année: nous étions 9 (grands - parents, parents et 3 enfants âgés de 7, 9 e 11 ans). On a passé un super moment. La maison est très cosy, on se sent comme chez soi, avec beaucoup d'aménagement et d'équipements . Ce qui la rend très fonctionnelle. Merci à Marie Pascale pour sa délicate attention: une bouteille de cidre et des caramels nous attendaient! Chaque couple avait sa propre chambre et nous avions regroupés les cousins/cousines ensemble dans une chambre . La cuisine ouverte est aussi l'endroit où l'on mange et le salon est dans la continuité (d'ailleurs les photos du salon présentes sur le site ne le valorise pas trop - il y a 2 canapés de 2/3 places + 1 chauffeuse + une petite chaise et la télé - bref de quoi bien se poser pour prendre l'apéro ou faire des jeux de sociétés - d'ailleurs il y en a plein à notre disposition!). La maison est bien placée, à 10mn à pied du centre du petit village (boulangerie/ boucherie/ petite épicerie) et de la mer. Belle balade à faire à pied en front de mer, on peut 'défouler' les enfants sans prendre la voiture....le top et il y a aussi des petits restos sympas ! Pour les grosses courses, 10 à 15 mn de voiture et il y a des grandes surfaces . Pour les grandes balades....il y a du choix....nous avons opté pour l'Histoire en faisant découvrir les plages du débarquement aux enfants, en visitant Arromanches et ses musées, puis plus loin le cimetière américain. Il y a plein de choses à faire aux alentours. Les 4 jours sont passés vite, mais on a fait le plein d'énergie. Merci à Maris Pascale de nous ouvrir sa maison et un très grand merci à Isabelle, au niveau de la conciergerie, qui a répondu à toutes mes questions, mes demandes d'informations et qui nous a ouvert les portes de la maison lors de notre arrivée

Nous avons séjourné un week-end dans cette agréable maison, très bien entretenue. Le cadre est idéal pour des moments conviviaux en famille et entre amis. D'ailleurs, les jeux de société et jouets pour les enfants ont été très appréciés aussi. Proche de la plage et autres sites touristiques. Nous avons été accueillis par Isabelle qui nous a réservé un très bel accueil avec du cidre et des confiseries ce qui est très appréciable. Isabelle est très disponible et nous a conseillé pour les visites des alentours. Nous gardons donc un excellent souvenir de ce week-end. Juste un petit bémol, mais rien de bien grave, il faudrait prévoir un ou deux torchons dans la cuisine et un tapis pour la sortie de douche dans la salle de bains du bas 😉

Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est très propre et joliment décorée. Le literie est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre les repas. De plus nous avons été gentiment accueillis en personne par la conciergerie de saint au bain également présente pour notre départ. A notre arrivée les présents de Marie-Pascale, la propriétaire, nous ont beaucoup touchés : des caramels de et du cidre du pays. Vous pouvez choisir cette location sans hésiter.

Accueil très sympathique par les gestionnaires Isabelle et son mari et par l'attention des propriétaires. Gîte très propre et décoré avec soin. Tout le matériel nécessaire est à disposition, rien ne manque. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter les principaux sites qui retracent la douloureuse guerre et son débarquement du 6 juin 44. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la mer est à quelques foulées du gîte. Gîte à recommander sans hésitation
