About this villa rental
Named after the 270o degrees of panoramic view it offers, 270 Oia's View House III, features a private swimming pool and hot tub. It is a natural window towards the cliffs of Oia, the caldera of Thirasia, the Aegean islands and the mesmerizing Sunset. Dominated by the element of the water reflecting the mediterranean sun, it combines the values of space and privacy: the heart and soul of a travelling experience.
The 3 level villa can accommodate up to 8 persons and it features a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor are comfortable and sunny spaces with immediate access to the outdoor space. It has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms at a lower level and a fourth bedroom at an upper level with privacy. An extra bathroom can be found on the ground floor.
House III is part of the 270 Oia’s View complex, located just 700m from the main pedestrian street of Oia and with a number of quality restaurants nearby. The guest can enjoy privacy away from the crowds but also visit the village within a few minutes. The famous hiking trail that connects Oia with Fira is also adjacent to the property providing the unique experience of walking along the edge of the caldera cliff while enjoying the amazing views.
Although Oia is a protected village where vehicles are not allowed to cross, our location offers the rare advantage of car accessibility and free parking space for our guests. In addition, the nearest bus stop is in 50m in case someone wishes to use public transportation.
Our Guest Service team will be at your disposal even prior to your arrival to organise your check in and anything you need or wish to enjoy during your stay (transfer, car rental, cruises, winery tours, helicopter rides etc).

Vasilakis, architect and owner, designed and constructed the project during the period of 2008-2011 with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of excellent minimal aesthetic and fully functional interior spaces completely adapted to the unique scenery.
The volumetric and morphological approach to the traditional local residential architecture along with the use of natural materials and bright colours blend effortlessly with the unique scenery of Santorini. It surely gives you something you shouldn't miss: the experience of living surrounded by land, sky and sea.

Dani and Nya make the stay That may sound like I’m down playing the great place, but their kindness, knowledge, thouroughness, and attention to the small things was above and beyond a four seasons and more personal.
This VRBO is on the edge of Oia, but nice and quiet at the edge. It is also right on the 3 hour beautiful walking path to Oia and Fira We had a 50th birthday and they helped us arrange catering to our unit There was maid service and a wonderful breakfast every morning. We were totally happy with our stay in every way, but most of all for Dani and Nya!

We had an amazing stay at this property, and the management was amazing. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Gorgeous views of the island from the backyard with pool and hot tub. We could not have asked for more!

What made this stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional guest-services by Nayia and Dani, then property managers. Really top-notch: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. We highly recommend this Villa.
