About this house rental
This home sits on a corner lot, giving your group an excellent vantage point to scope the scene. There are three bedrooms and two baths in this great Put-in-Bay vacation home. Up to ten guests can stay in this rental. Guests enter this home and pass by the provided washer and dryer. The eat-in kitchen has the dishes, pans and such to bring out your inner chef. Exiting the kitchen through a sliding glass door, guests can enjoy the rear wooden deck complete with propane grill. Back inside, the living room comes equipped with a television with satellite television service. Outside the living area through another sliding glass door, guests can enjoy the brick patio and the aforementioned excellent vantage point. The home can house two vehicles in the adjacent driveway. We had a group of 8 and stayed for a bachelorette party. The location was nice and the taxi was always around. House definitely needs updates. There was holes in the walls, a few beds were like caved in. The community pool was pretty close & fun!

The house was clean & comfortable. It should be noted that the dryer is not vented outside. The vent tube is just laying on the floor behind the dryer. The handle is also broke off the refrigerator.

As much as I paid for 2 nights, I expected better. I am not 21 and just partying. I was there for a family visit. No smart tv, only 1 TV, hole in bathroom wall, fridge door broken, the inside door holders, again, broken. This was supposed to be an upgrade, due to scheduling issue, I would have been extremely upset if the other property was worse. There were many minor details that just needed attention such as ceiling fan light being out, counters are starting to look bad with cuts and such, toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. It was clean, just not what I expected for the price.
