Beautiful apartment. High end everything. Bed was great, down duvets and a good selection of pillows.Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were all new.Location was in the middle of the city so walking to the sights was easy. Great restaurants and wonderful grocery stores nearby.Love this apartment.

The apartment was lovely, clean with good quality furnishings and in a great location. It's on the 2nd floor of a 4 storey building so, in our eyes, not a penthouse.
The really big problem with this property is that it's in a building which is currently under redevelopment. The builders are in every day except Sunday from 7.30am until 6pm, and this involves drilling, hammering, scraping, screwing, sawing etc all day long, through the wall from you, above you, throughout the building. I believe we were the only occupied property, the workmen were amazed when they found out we were living there and said that they would be there for some time yet. We asked Sonia if we could be moved but were advised that it wasn't possible, and that she wasn't aware of the noise !!!
There is no way we would have booked this apartment, no matter how nice it is, if we'd been told of the disruption.
We have never written a negative review before, and we've hired from Sonia on 2 previous occasions, but we feel that anyone wishing to rent this property should be aware of the current situation.
We wouldn't ever rent from Sonia again.
