The apartment was beautiful and big, the location was great.

The shower! Impossible to regulate the temperature to something that isn’t scolding hot or freezing cold. The pressure was extremely low and i was sent (by instructions) to the boiler. I’m not a Plummer. As a result, the water stopped and we needed a handyman to come fix in the middle of our vacation. It is clearly a known problem to the host and it might not be fixable but it certainly was uncomfortable to shower. Plus, the bathtub is under a slanted ceiling so if you are above 1.6 m (5”2) you can’t stand in it. There is no shower curtain so if you can stand, water wets the floor uncontrollably. Not a great shower experience. We didn’t have wifi until the handyman came to fix (in the middle of our dinner) and the TV didn’t work, again fixed by handyman during dinner.

Indubbiamente la posizione, centralissima ; la camera da letto molto grande ; il living e anche la cucina ampi e puliti. Dal terrazzo c'è una bella vista sulla città.

Il bagno mansardato , nella vasca era impossibile farsi la doccia: inginocchiato con il doccino in mano . Inoltre la struttura è al terzo piano senza ascensore, l' ingresso con la camera da letto al primo livello, la zona living al secondo livello con la cucina da cui si accede al bagno. Il terrazzo è al terzo livello.

The beautiful terrace views and comfortable bed.

Shower / bath, difficult to wash.

The location and the terrace are amazing.

The rooms and furniture are very dated. The shower was unusable and we had to resort to take baths. The water could not be regulated and you have to chose between either hot or cold water.
