Clean and nicely decorated appartment, nice size rooms, smooth check in with Alessandro waiting for us at the door
Being such a central location night life was a bit noisy

The location in the heart of Lucca was fabulous
The spiral staircase leading to the kitchen, bathroom and terrace was difficult to navigate and the air conditioning on the bedroom level was not very effective, however there were fans in both bedrooms which was very useful. whilst the location was great in some ways, it proved quite noisy some nights with late night revellers passing below and we needed to leave the windows. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be really useful
