Good location . The communication with the staff was prompt and helpful.

The tap in the washing hand basin was too long .I almost hit my head while washing my face.The shower door needs to be a little bit cleaner.

Nice hotel 50 m. away from Spanish Quarters (Quartieri Spagnoli). Easy self check in following detailed extractions provided by helpful staff (Special thanks to Cristina!). I mostly walked around and did not use public transport but there is a subway station (Toledo) in about 100 m from the property that makes it even easier either reach the property or shortcut to other districts. Entire hotel is located on the 11th floor of the multifunctional building so all the rooms with the windows facing the city have a nice view over the roofs of nearby buildings and the rest of the city. The room where I stayed in was quite spatious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff not visable (it looks as if there are not there) but ready to support you with any request or issue (greate communication over messaging services).

Spacious room and bathroom, good location near the port and center. It’s the second time I’m back.

The walls are so thin and I woke up at 5am when the person in the room next door started to shower. Moreover, the lady in the morning knocked on the door in order to remind me to get out 30 min later. I don’t think it was necessary. We are not in school. Felt a bit overwhelmed.
