Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Patio Doors Leading To Balcony Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair available on request, at cost. Telephone - for incoming and emergency calls only. Garden with terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Coin-operated sauna (private). Indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym (shared with other properties on-site, at cost). Tennis court and children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Communal car park. No smoking. Please note: There are 6 steps in the garden. The sauna, steam room and gym are not available to children under 16 years old.. Make you way along the path that leads to Holly and you’ll already start to feel at home, and when you step inside and see the spacious, open plan living and kitchen area you’ll feel yourself start to relax. An impressive décor and comfortable furnishings make this spacious area an inviting place to wind down and spend time with family or friends, and when it’s time for some fresh air you can step through the French doors and out onto your own terrace.
When it’s time to gather as a group and enjoy a good film after a busy day, the electric flame effect fire flickers on the wall to add a cosy feel to the room. And then there’s the upstairs...the master bedroom is home to an en-suite bathroom complete with a private sauna. There’s also a double shower cubicle, and his and hers sinks, and if you like to watch the sun set in style, you’ll find your own balcony with a table and chairs so you can sit back together and just be.
Life on the Woodland Retreat resort is all about spending time doing the things you love, and you’ll be welcome to make use of the pools, sauna, gym and tennis courts right on the doorstep of your cottage during your stay, and some charges may apply.
Within just half an hours drive, Holly is conveniently situated to access a range of beaches from Tolcarne at Newquay, to Padstow Harbour and Watergate Beach.
The swimming pool is open to adults between 7am and 9pm, and children are welcome to use the swimming pool between 8am and 8pm.
Please note, there is a charge for use of the swimming pool. Whilst the swimming pool is available for all ages (subject to time restrictions), the sauna, steam room and gym are only available to guests over 16 years of age.

We had a great time at Holly very comfortable just laking a full set of plates and saucepans . Other than that it's a great place to stay we will return

Just tiny thing need to mentioned, we thought about dinning outside the decking but outside furniture are bit sad. Clean it or don't leave it there.

I recommend this lodge for families wanting to spend quality time together. We have just got home from our Christmas break and it was so relaxing.
When we arrived I was really disappointed that we didn’t have a Christmas tree in our lodge but with a call to afs (off site maintenance) we had one bought in the following morning, so we had a nice time decorating it ourselves on Christmas Eve. Thank you so much penny!!
The only thing I would change is the sofas they aren’t very comfortable and also the decking. It is so dangerous, I slipped a couple of times and so did my 3 year old. We didn’t use the back garden because of this. But you can walk around the front of the lodge to the car park.
The hotel is lovely with a nice swimming pool, table tennis and pool table.
The roads around are very narrow, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to aldi/Lidl/Tesco and a B&M.

Really lovely cottage.
Good points...Nice size. Very clean and useful space. Kitchen a bit small but fine. Useful utility room. Good sized bedrooms. Sauna good idea but small. Pool and gym excellent. Nice Bar. Great wifi.
Not so good...Tvs old tech. Front room tv setup absolutely rubbish and impossible to work. Site a bit overgrown and poorly light so had to use phones to find way in and out especially as cars not parked beside cottages. Decking at back was lethal. Very slippy and dangerous. Car park badly lit. Beds very hard. Ended up with many aches. No phone signal on site at all. Some areas on site a bit tired. Food in restaurant very nice but expensive and limited menu. Had a serious issue with flies in bathroom but sorted by owner. Apparently happens a lot.
